Utah Permit to Carry a Firearm
Term: 5 years
Cost: $65.25
Training is required
Documents required: Completed Application signed by a certified and approved Utah BCI instructor
One set up fingerprints. Fingerprint card will be supplied
One 2x2 passport quality photo
Proof of training (copy of your certificate of class completion)
How to Apply: By mail. Follow the instructions you will be given on the application.
